Who we are
Landy n'Sails is a private tour operator based in Lisbon, Portugal. Where this page refers to "we" or "us" it means the team behind landynsails.
What we collect
When you write to us, request a date, or submit a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number and any details you share about the experience you would like (date, number of guests, dietary or accessibility notes, special occasion). We do not collect payment data directly — payments, once enabled, are processed by our booking provider (Bókun) under their own terms.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, confirm a reservation, and prepare the day. We do not send marketing unless you ask to be added to our occasional newsletter.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only with the operational partners needed to run your day — the skipper, the driver, and our booking provider. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as required by Portuguese tax and accounting law. Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to confirm, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies are technical ones strictly required to remember your language preference.
