Terms of Service

These terms cover the experiences sold and operated by Landy n'Sails. This is placeholder copy — final wording will be reviewed by a Portuguese legal counsel before launch.
The experiences
Landy n'Sails operates private day experiences by land (Land Rover Defender Heritage) and sea (Bavaria Cruise 42' sailing yacht) in the Lisbon area. Each experience is private, never shared with other guests, and is sold for the agreed group size.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we reply to your request in writing. Tentative dates held by request are released after twenty-four hours if not confirmed.
Payment
Until our booking provider (Bókun) is live, payment terms are agreed individually by email. A deposit may be required to confirm the date.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made more than seven days before the experience are fully refunded. Within seven days, the deposit is non-refundable. Date changes are accommodated where possible at no charge.
Weather
If sea conditions or weather make the experience unsafe or unenjoyable, we will offer to reschedule or to refund in full. The skipper's judgement is final.
Safety and conduct
Children are welcome under adult supervision. Guests must follow the skipper's and driver's safety instructions at all times. We reserve the right to end an experience early if a guest's behaviour endangers others or the vessel.
Liability
Landy n'Sails carries the insurance required by Portuguese law for commercial passenger operations by sea and road. Our liability for any matter arising from an experience is limited to the price paid for that experience, except in cases of gross negligence.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the district of Lisbon.
